These terms apply to the Sunblock iOS app ("the app") and to sunblocktravel.co.uk. They are provided by SVPPLY&.CO LIMITED ("we", "us"), company number 11377371, registered office 3rd Floor Great Titchfield House, 14–18 Great Titchfield Street, London W1W 8BD. By using the app or the website you agree to them.

01What Sunblock is

Sunblock is an information and planning tool. It shows expected temperatures and recent flight fares for destinations that fit the dates, airport and budget you enter, and links you to third parties where you can book.

Sunblock is not a travel agent, tour operator, airline or booking platform. We do not sell flights, accommodation or holidays, and we are not a party to any booking you make. Your contract for any booking is with the airline, agent or operator you book with, on their terms.

02Prices and temperatures

Fares shown in the app are the cheapest recent fares seen for a route and month, from data supplied by our partners. They are shown with the date they were last seen and the number of fares they are based on. Fares change constantly and the price at the point of booking may differ. Always check the final price with the provider before you book.

Temperatures are expected daytime highs derived from historical climate data. They are averages, not forecasts, and the weather on your holiday may differ.

Foreign travel advice shown or applied in the app comes from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. Check gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice before travelling. Sunblock is not a substitute for that advice.

03Affiliate links

Booking links in the app are affiliate links, labelled AD. If you book through one, we may receive a commission from the provider at no extra cost to you. Commission does not affect the order in which destinations are shown.

04Sunblock+

Sunblock+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings at any time. Refunds are handled by Apple.

05Acceptable use

You may use the app and website for your own personal, non-commercial holiday planning. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell data from the app or our servers, or use them in a way that interferes with their operation.

06Our liability

We provide the app and website as they are. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on prices, temperatures or travel advice shown in the app, or from any booking you make with a third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

07Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings there.
